These Terms govern offerings made through the Krishna Arpan page operated by [REGISTERED TRUST NAME] (“ISKCON Dwarka”). By making an offering, you agree to these Terms.

Nature of offerings

All contributions are voluntary donations in the service of Krishna. They are not payments for goods or services and confer no ownership, membership, or commercial benefit.

Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and are using a payment method you are authorised to use.

The offering unit

“One mala” corresponds to a contribution of [₹108 / $10.8], symbolic of the 108 beads of the japa mala. Amounts and currency are shown before you confirm.

Recurring offerings

If you choose “Every Ekadashi,” you authorise a recurring charge on each Ekadashi via the payment gateway’s mandate. You may cancel anytime per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Seva Match

When a matching partner’s pool is available, your offering may be matched at no additional cost to you. Matching depends on partner availability and is not guaranteed for every offering.

80G & receipts

Eligible offerings receive an 80G receipt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to our registration ([80G registration no.]) and applicable law.

Use of funds

Offerings are applied to seva activities. Indicative allocation is shown on the page; actual application is at the temple’s discretion and published in impact updates.

Intellectual property

All content, marks, and imagery are the property of ISKCON Dwarka / ISKCON and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

The page is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ISKCON Dwarka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the page or payment gateway.

Governing law
