Refund & Cancellation Policy

Offerings made through Krishna Arpan are voluntary donations in the service of Krishna at ISKCON Dwarka. Please read this policy before offering.

Donations are generally non-refundable

Because contributions are applied to seva (Food for Life, Gaushala, Deity worship, book distribution and related activities), offerings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once completed.

Erroneous or duplicate transactions

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate or technical transaction — contact us within [X days, e.g. 7 days] of the transaction with your receipt number and transaction details. Verified erroneous payments will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within [5–7 / 7–10] business days after approval.

Recurring (“Every Ekadashi”) offerings

• You may cancel a recurring offering at any time, effective for future Ekadashis, via [link / email / account].
• Cancellation stops future debits; offerings already completed are not refunded (except erroneous transactions as above).
• You will receive confirmation once a recurring offering is cancelled.

80G receipts

An 80G tax-exemption receipt is issued for eligible offerings. If an offering is refunded, any related 80G receipt is void and must not be used for tax purposes.
